As the population increases day by day, in the same way mortgage applications also increasing day by day. In todays world if you want to make a big investment like buying a house or a car then you need to take a mortgage loan. Not all persons are rich. So for those who have not that much money need to depend on mortgage loan.

Thats the reason number of mortgage applications are increasing in a high rate.

You are absolutely right; by refinancing we can get many benefits. We can reduce the interest rates and also can get some extra cash by which we can pay our bills, renovate our house etc etc.
